In service until the 1980s, this former railway station was 280 m long, 140 m wide, and 24 m high. It now houses 12 wooden pavilions intended to be used as workspaces, shops and event venues. The pavilions and the transverse staircases comprise 10,000 m3 of wood, making this Europe’s biggest wooden project. The various spaces are arranged around a spectacular central aisle bathed in light, comprising ten themed gardens and intended for public events.
