Het Gare Maritime, het voormalige vrachtstation van Tour & Taxis, gebouwd in 1907, is 110 jaar later volledig gerenoveerd.
Het Gare Maritime is een energieneutraal gebouw. Ter plaatse wordt hernieuwbare energie opgewekt: warmte en koude worden geproduceerd door aardwarmte en zonnepanelen wekken elektriciteit op. Er worden geen fossiele brandstoffen gebruikt voor verwarming of koeling.
