Chefs & Shakers in collaboration with Don Papa Rum is an annual unique concept in which duo’s are challenged to put out all the stops and make the perfect food and cocktail pairing.
The pre-selections of this international contest took place in January & February in which 13 duos created a dessert & cocktail pairing. 6 duos were able to advance to the semi-finals, which are taking place on the 21st of March in the Gare Maritime Food Market from 4pm to 10pm, where some of our chefs will be in the jury.
