IN THIS CINEMA ROOM NESTLED IN THE LOFT OF MAISON DE LA POSTE, YOUR PRESENTATION WILL MAKE A LASTING IMPRESSION!

The spacious attic of Maison de la Poste, a renovated administrative building of what was once the largest railway station in Europe, was renovated in 2019 to create our cinema room. The room’s cosy and comfortable atmosphere integrates the original architecture of the space into its new function. All the latest technical equipment has been installed to ensure seamless screenings and presentations.   
Make a lasting impression during your next presentation by holding it in a venue that will stay with your guests long after they’ve left. This 200 m² cinema with high ceilings and a capacity of 60 participants is an ideal venue for events that want to hold a captive audience.

The Cinema

  • Located on the third floor of Maison de la Poste (accessible by a large elevator) with its own entrance to allow your event to be separate from others in Maison de la Poste and from the Tour & Taxis site.
  • Ideal for a conferences or training events, special announcements, awards ceremonies, screenings, corporate announcements, press conferences, product launches, discovery presentations, and (of course) general meetings.
  • 60 plush armchairs 200m2 space with high ceilings.
  • Accessible for persons with limited mobility.
  • Each event is supervised by a qualified, multilingual and service-oriented team at your disposal to help you plan and organize your event.

The Tour & Taxis site

  • 25 different event spaces, for 2 to 15,000 participants, including 17.000 m² of modular space in the Sheds.
  • Large pedestrian area with splendid outdoor event spaces.
  • Our site offers spaces with a strong personality, perfect for private events, conferences, receptions, dinners, parties or marketing events.
  • Green-key certified location where the team and partners are highly committed to sustainable development and respect for the environment.
  • Large car park with 1,000 spaces, many designated for persons with reduced mobility.
  • More than 3,000 hotel rooms in the direct vicinity, of all categories and for all budgets (3, 4, 5 stars and B&Bs), with the possibility to reach Tour & Taxis on foot, via public transport or by shuttle.
  • A central location in the heart of Brussels, the capital of Europe (walking access from the centre of Brussels).
  • Easy access by car, from the airport, and via public transport (bus, metro, train), with a free shuttle service to the Brussels North Station.
