Extensa will soon start the sales of 56 affordable subsidised apartments in the Franklin building at Tour & Taxis.
The subsidised apartments are high-quality, newly built, sold below the usual market value. They are a part of substantial urban development projects. These apartments meet high quality requirements, both in terms of design and finish. They are sold on a non-profit basis to people who possibly face financial difficulties when they wish to buy a property on the regular market.

To qualify for a subsidised apartments, you must meet specific conditions. More information and an overview of these conditions can be found on franklin.brussels.


Official sales will start on the 22. August 2021. High-quality apartments that are sold below market price are scarce, and we expect that it won’t take long before all the units will be sold. Before we launch the sales, we’ll be organising two open days,

Friday September 3 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Visiting the apartments outside the open days will not be possible.
