The Orchestre BruMe – Bruxelles Méditerranée is an orchestra with a variable geometry whose particularity is to gather musicians coming essentially from Belgium and the south of France.
The artistic objective is to confront music from the south and music from the north. One often wild and intuitive, the other more ethereal and conceptual. These two conceptions of music facing each other can only bring a new way to approach the sound of an orchestra.
The musicians are the bridge between past and present, ardor and mastery. They are aware of the roots of the music they play. They carry within them the vital energies necessary to interpret the music that BruMe wishes to defend.
