Adil El Arbi: from Hollywood to Tour & Taxis

This new project in Brussels that would be next level

As the Tour & Taxis site keeps growing into a new urban neighborhood, new residents find their way to Park Lane. One of them is Belgian director Adil El Arbi. He heard from his directing partner Bilall Fallah about “this new project in Brussels that would be next level” and he couldn’t agree more. A great place to stay when he’s back in Belgium in between his work in Hollywood.

“Brussels feels like coming home,” according to Adil. “This is where our first movies were made. Brussels is evolving, it’s becoming more and more the place to be.” Adil is ready to be a part of this “new center of the world” and takes a first stroll through the renovated Gare Maritime, where he discovers the stunning backdrop for a whole array of activities.

While Adil visited the Tour & Taxis site, he also stopped by a rehearsal from the local theatre group Ras El Hanout in the recently renovated Produits Dangereux. Imagine their surprise when the popular director appeared and gave them some tips for their performance.

“We are very pleased with the great mixity of profiles of residents on Park Lane” says Sonja De Greef, Head of Sales & Marketing at Extensa.  “Our youngest buyer is only 19 years old and we recently signed with an enthusiastic lady of 77. We see 50/50 investors and buyers for own occupation. There’s also an even spread between Dutch and French buyers and about 10 % of English speaking buyers. Creatives, city-lovers and architecture lovers are also fans of Park Lane. The arrival of the sympathetic Adil proves once again that Tour & Taxis can compete with other international desirable destinations to live and work in.”
