MAISON DE LA POSTE -Art inspires at Maison de la Poste
Two exceptional artists with a fine track record are showing recent paintings on the first and second floors.
Until May 15, you can visit both exhibitions on weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
A bit impressed by these sublime works, we already lift a tip of the veil.
Expo at +1: Vladimir Moszowski: Paintings by Vladimir Moszowski (Genk 1947) undoubtedly transport you to feelings you can otherwise only experience in dreams. Very layered and full of subtle references to memories lived through, this masterful painter manages to evoke a world that makes you dream away. Water and trees often recur, but each time he manages to find a new angle while painting. Enchantingly beautiful.
Expo at +2: Jacqueline Devreux: The well-known Brussels-based Jacqueline Devreux has been around for a while and knows how to portray women like no other in her very recognizable style. Mysterious, very well painted and intriguing. Charming at first glance, but a double bottom lurks in the canvases. Devreux does not paint what she sees externally, but tries to capture the personality, the inside. Actually, her paintings are reflections on the paintings themselves.
The Curator: Luc Theuwis (ARTandADVICE) celebrates the 35th anniversary of his company during this exhibition. Hundreds of companies and as many private individuals he helped with quality artworks. Strictly selected on quality, authenticity and inspiration. And in that sense timeless.
See you soon!
